At the General Assembly held at St Maries on the 19th clay
of July 1642 Enacted by the Lord Proprietarie with the Con-
sent of the freemen as followeth
Any tenn members of the house at any time assembled at
the usuall or appointed time (whereof the Leivtent Generall &
Six Burges's to be Seaven) shall be a house unless sickness do
hinder that number In which Case only the members present
to make the House This Act to repeale all other or former
touching the house of assembly This act to endure till the
end of the next Assembly
