of this Present Genll Assembly & by the Authority of the Same
tht the said Sume of 118686lbs of Tobacco due as by accot
hereunto annexed be Raysed & Leavied by the Governor &
Councill of this Province by equall assessmt upon the persons
& Estates of the Inhabitants of this Province paid unto the
severall persons & in the proporcons as in the accot hereunto
Annexed to be Leavied & Paid the next ensueing Cropp to
the severall persons underneath, Vizt
To the Governor allowed towards Defraying his
Expenses att St Johns 30000 Lbs Tob:
To Mr Clement Hill allowed him upon his Peti-
tion 03940 Ibs Tob:
