               that the other was dead in St Clare's Swamp and that he never

               Complainants Suit against the defendt be dismissed out of the

               Court for want of prosecution, And that the plt doe pay unto

               the defendant one hundred and fifty pounds of ‘Fob: and Caske

               for his trouble and Expences with Court Charges
