Copy of Letter No 59 was sent to Messrs Danl & Saml
Hughes.

Ordered That a General Court-Martial be held on the 15th
Day of July Anno Domini seventeen hundred and seventy
six for the Tryal of Captain John Marshall and Adjutant Levin
Mills of Calvert County, belonging to the fifteenth Battalion of
Militia of this Province.

That Major Patrick Sim Smith be President of the said
Court, and the following Persons, members of the same to wit

Captn Edward Wood junr
Captn Thomas Cleland
Captn Charles Williamson
Captn Frisby Freeland
Captn Thos Trueman Greenfield
Lieutt Benja: Bond
Lieutt Thomas Gray
Lieut. Edmund Clare.

Ordered That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to
Colo. James Murray twenty seven pounds, fourteen shillings,
and eight Pence for pay of Part of his Battalion on Duty.

Ordered That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay
Joseph Middleton seventy five Pounds for his Alarm Boat.

Ordered That the Treasurer of the Eastern-shore pay to
John Gibson two pounds, ten shillings for Boat-hire.

Ordered That the Commissary of stores at the City of
Annapolis deliver to Mr Elisha Winters one Faggett of steel.

Ordered That Mr Henry Hollingsworth be requested to
deliver to Elisha Winters, from time to time, such musquet
Barrels, and Bayonets, as he shall have manufactured for the
use of this Province, not exceeding six hundred of each sort.
