of May, 1783, the Bearer hereof, John Cole, private of the 1st Maryland
Regiment, has leave of Absence until called upon by proper authority
to join his Corps, or is finally discharged. Given at Annapolis, 31st
day of July, 1783.

	Registered & Attested, 				J. Gunby, Col.
     	M.   McPherson, Adjt.

    	Mathias Cyphert, private 1 st Md. Regt., received the same leave as
above, Aug 6th, 1783.
