An Act restraining the frequent Assembling of Negro's
within this Province.
An Additionall Act to the Act for Ports.
An Act for the Raising a Supply toward the defraying of
Publick charge of Province.

An Act for the laying an Imposition upon Negros Slaves &
White [Servants] imported into this Province.
An Act for Naturalizacon of Matthias Matthison als ffree-
man & oth^rs.
An Act for ascertaining the ffees for Naturalization.
An Act for assessing of 3^d p hogshead upon Tobacco
towards the defraying the Publick Charge of this Province.
An Act for the division & Regulating severall Counties
within this Province and Constituteing a County by the name
of Prince Georges County within the same Province.
An Act for Laying the Publick Leavy.
An Explanatory Act to the Act of Repeale of all Laws
heretofore made in this Province and Confirming all Laws
made this Gen^ll Assembly.
An Act for reviving the Temporary Laws of this Province.
An Addiconall Act to the Act for Regulating the Militia of
this Province.

The Hon^ble Thomas Tench and Thomas Brooke Esq^rs sent
down to the House to acquaint them that his Ex^ncy is ready to
pass the severall Engrossed Bills (this day presented at the
Board) into Laws & therefore desired them to Walke up.
And accordingly came M^r Speaker Attended with the Mem-
bers of the house, who presenting the said Bills unto his Ex^ncy
for his Assent, were by his Ex^ncy Subscribed to as follows, Viz^t

May 22^th 1695.

On behalfe of their Ma'^s King Wiliam & Queen Mary I will
these to be Laws Fr: Nicholson.

Afterwards the same were passed vnder the Broad Seale of
the Province and delivered by his Ex^ncy vnto the Hon^ble
Thomas Brooke Esq^r Dep^ty Secretary to be lodged in the
secretaries Office with Charge that the same should not be
carried or Removed out of that Office.
His Ex^ncy acquaints the Speaker that he prorogues the House
till the Tenth day of September next, but in case there should
be a Necessity to call them sooner, they may expect Notice
to be given them by Proclamation.
Thus Ended this Sessions of Assembly.
