You are earnestly requested to deliver over to some Re-
cruiting Officer in the Continental Service all the Recruits
and Substitutes already furnished and which may be furnished
by ———— County, in Order to have them marched without
Delay to Wilmington or such other Post as the Commander
in Chief may think proper, first, equipping them with what
Necessaries they may require from the Stock the Purchaser of
Clothing in your County may have on Hand, the Officer
giving his receipt for the same, the Residue may be had,
Recruits & Substitutes from St Marys, Charles, Prince
George's and Ann Arundel Counties to receive Deficiency of
Cloathing at Annapolis, Baltimore and Montgomery, at Bal-
timore Town, Somerset, Worcester; Dorchester, Caroline,
Talbot, Queen Ann's and Kent, at Chester Town, Harford,
Cecil, Frederick & Washington at Camp. We are &ca
