By the house of Delegates Nor 12th 1698.

Ordered that the Treasurer of Eastern Shore pay unto the
sevrall psons on the Eastern Shore the Sevrall sufnes of mony
now due and allowed them in a Certain List signed by his
Excy the Govr & honble the Speaker And that the Comittee for
the Inspecting the publick Revenue give notice to the severall
persons living on the Western shoare the sevrall sumes men-
tion'd in the said list where and in such hands as they shall finde
the publick mony to be.

By his Matys honble Councill in Assembly Nor 12th 1698.

The Message by Mr Ferry and Mr Hicks being Considered
It is returned for Answer that as to the Bills [desired] to be
revived you have not observed there Lordships the honble the
Lords of the Councill of Trade and plantations Instructions in
there Letter herewith sent you.

By the house of Delegates Nor 12th 1698/9.

Upon the reading yor Excys Message by the honble Thomas
Brooke and James Frisby Esqrs We have had Recourse to yor
Excys Lre from the Rt honble the Lords of the Comittee for
Trade and plantations and humbly desire that yor Excy would
be pleased to Satisfye this house whether yor Excy referrd us
to the said Lre in respect the three Bills Wee desire to be
reenacted or to the Reviving Bill
