in Divideing thereof: And my Sonn John Man if in this
Country he haveing the first refusall : This last Legacy to be
paid or Allotted in Twelve Moneths or Two years at furthest
ffurther I give my Sonn John Man one bay young horse or
gelding, one Cow and Calfe : One feather bedd and boulster
the books he had with him. Alsoe the books I lent Mr Lil-
lingstone, and all my Law books. And alsoe Three hundred
Acres of Land out of the Tract I had of Pipers to be Allotted
by the abovesd Mr Smithson and you Mr Pollard, if he shall
come to Settle in this Country. To be delivered at Demand
the whole if in case he dyes without Issue and my land in
England should Descend to my Daughter Darby then after
the Decease of my wife my land I now live on to be Equally
Divided between my Three younger Daughters and Children
of them that shall be lawfully begotten on them the Males
takeing place first, all the rest of my land and else not before
bequeathed to my Dear and Loveing Wife dureing her life
not to be disposes! out of the housing Orchards. Cleare
ground and else I now live on and Enjoy craveing your As-
sistance in the prmisses if needfull, and by almeans to Oblige
all to live in Love and Vnity; To which I have interchangably
Sett my hand and Seale this Nine and Twentieth day of Mar.

At all times and in all Places within this his Matyes Province
and Territories of Maryl: shall be reputed deemed taken Ad-
judged and Allowed as the last Will of Edward Mann as
aforesaid proved and Confirmed; And that all Denizes and
Dispositions of land conteyning therein be of as full force and
virtue according to Law, as if the said Writeing had been in due
forme proved by the Oaths of three or more witnesses : To
have been signed Sealed Published and declared by the
said Edward Man To have been his Last Will and Tes-
tament, any defect of forme or proofe of the said Writeing
or any Law Statute or Usage, To the contrary in any wise
notwithstanding.

An Act for the Naturalization of Hermann Schee Gent. Isaac
Vanbiber Gent. Mathias Vanbiber Mercht and Derrick Col-
lickman Plantr all of Cecill County: James Broord & James
Broord; John Broord; & Solomon Broord; his Sonns of
Kent County; And Sebastian Oleg of Annarundll County.

Bee it Enacted by the Kings most Excellent Matye by &
with the Advice and consent of this Present Genll Assembly,
and the Authority of the same : That Hermann Schee, Isaac
