An Act To Enable the Executors of Nicho Millburne late of
Talbot County Merchant To Sell his Lands for Payment of
his lust Debts within This Province,

Whereas Nicholas Millburne late of Talbot County Mer-
chant during his life time and residing in this her Majty's
Province Contracted many Considerable debts to diverse the
good People inhabitants here and dyed some few years Since
being Possessed of a Competent reall Estate within this Prov-
ince his sd Creditors being then and still unsatisfyed of their
Just debts & Claimes from the said Nicholas Millburne or
from his Executrs (That is to say) Mr Robert Ungle and Mr
Robert Grundy both of Talbot County afd And Whereas in
all right and good conscience it is very just and highly reason-
able that the said Creditors should be Satisfyed their just
Claimes (if that it may be) from the Estate late of the said
Nicholas Milburne their debtor who dyed without Issue or any
other heir at Law appearing to Clayme the said Estate and
for that the said Executors have Applyed themselves to this
Generall Assembly humbly praying leave that An Act might
be passed to Enable them to Sell and dispose of the said Mill-
burns real Estate for the payment of his just debts as afore-
said they not having any means otherwise to pay and Satisfy
the same Be it therefore Enacted by the Queens Most Excel-
lent Majty by & with the Advice and Consent of her Majties
Governour Council & Assembly of this Province and the
Authority of the same That the said Robert Ungle and Robert
Grundy the Executors of the said Nicholas Millbourne be and
are hereby Empowered and Authorized and Enabled to Sell
and dispose of all or any the reall Estate late of the said
Nicholas Millburne lying and being in Talbot County aforesaid
and consisting of the two Lots of Land and two houses upon
them at Williamstadt Three hundred acres of Land in Tred-
avon called Elons Addition and Lobs Corner Sixty Acres
being uncultivated Land One Lot and house at York Town a
plantation and one hundred and fifty acres of land at Wye To
any pson or psons that will give the best price or Value there-

for And that the pson or psons so purchaseing the same of
the said Executors shall and by Virtue of This Act and the
Conveyance or acknowledgements of The said Executors to
them and their heires of all or any the said Lands or tenements
have Ocupy Possess and Enjoy to them their heires and As-
signes forever a firm sure Absolute and indefeazable Estate
of Inheritance of and in the said Lands and Tenements any
Law Statute or Usage to the Contrary in anywise notwith-
standing After which sale so as afd to be made to the best
