366 Assembly Proceedings, Sept. 5-Oct. 3, 1704.

Be it therefore enacted by the Queens most excellent Majesty
by and with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same That the said Entaile shall be and is hereby forever
Cutt off And the said Colonell Edward Dorsey hereby Em-
powered to make unto any purchaser or purchasers of any or
all the said Houses and lotts of Ground thereunto belonging
a good firm Estate of Inheritance in ffee Simple for such Con-
sideration as such purchasers and he shall agree upon (the
said Entaile or any thing therein contain'd to the Contrary
notwithstanding.
And that the purchase mony arising by the sale of all or
any the said houses and Lands shall be paid and delivered to
such Child or Children to whom the said houses or Lands
belonged by vertue of the same Entaile.

An Act for Naturalization of Otho Othason of Cecill County.

Be it enacted by the Queens most excellent Majesty by and
with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour

Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of

the same that Otho Othason of Cecill County Planter born in
the Province of Pensilvania of parents from Guelderland in
Holland shall from hence forth be adjudg'd reputed and taken
as one of her Majestys Naturall borne Subjects of this Pro-
vince And that he by the Authority aforesaid be enabled and
adjudg'd to all Intents and purposes to demand Challenge ask
have hold and enjoy any Lands Tenements Rents and Her-
editaments to which he might any ways be Entituled as if he
were a free and Naturall born Subject And also be enabled to
prosecute Maintain avow Justify and defend all Manner of
Accons Suites Pleas Plaints and other demands whatsoever as
liberally frankly freely fully and lawfully as if he had been a
Naturall borne Subject within this Province Any Law statute
usage or Custom to the Contrary notwithstanding.
