An Act Declaring An Act Intituled An Act for Sanctifying
and keeping holy the Lords day cofnonly called Sunday to
be Ppetuall.

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by
and with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of

Lib. 41.

the same That one Act of Assembly of this Province Intituled
An Act for Sanctifying and Keeping holy the Lords day
comonly called Sunday and every Clause Matter and thing
therein Contain'd is hereby declared to be & remain in full
force and effect to all Intents and purposes for ever.

Indians to be in force.

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by
and with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Govr
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority
of the same That one Act of Assembly heretofore made Inti-
tuled An Act Concerning Indians and every Matter Clause
& thing therein Contain'd is hereby declared to be and remain
in full force & effect to all Intents Constructions and purposes
whatsoever to the end of the next Sessions of Assembly this
present Sessions not having Leizure fully to Consider thereof.
