Came M^r Eccleston and others who Brought up a Bill for
apportioning the Publick Leavy for the present Year 1705
Which being twice Read & Assented to by this Board Was
sent to the house by M^r Sanders
Came M^r Hill to Acquaint his Ex^ncy that the house had done
all the Business before them & brought up the Bill for appor-

coning the publick Levy Engrossed & Assented to by the
house which was Assented to by this Board and sent to the
house by Col Hamond & M^r Coursey who is Ordered to
Acquaint them that his Ex^ncy is Ready to Receive them.

A Bill Declaring the Act Intituled An Act for the punish-
m^t of psons Suborning Witnesses & Comitting willful and
Corrupt Perjury to be in force.
A Bill for punishment of Persons selling or Transporting
any Friend Indian or Indians out of this province
A Bill for Naturalization of Xpher Dangerman of Calvert
County Sadler
A Bill for Confirming a Certain Lre of Attorney from W^m
Josephs Esq the father to W^m Josephs the son
An Act Impowering Maj^r Nicholas Low Executor of the
last will and Testament of W^m Edmondson late of Dorches-
ter County dec^d to sell a certain Tract of Land in Dorchester
County Called Richardsons Choice formerly purchased by the
said W^m Edmondson of & from one John Nicnolls for payment
of a debt due from the said W^m Edmundson to the s^d Johr
Nicholls for the Remaining part of the Originall Purchase for
the s^d Land.

Erecting Ann Ar^d11 & Oxford Towns into Ports & Towns to
