of this Act shall be recorded in a fair book or bookes to be
Provided for that purpose at the County charge and every
such Judgment and determination shall be signed by three or
more of the said Commissioners which book or bookes when
Perfected shall be Placed and intrusted in the custody of the
Clark of Ann Arundell County among the Records of the said
County that all Persons concerned may repair to view the
same And further that none of the said Commissioners shall
take any fee or reward whatsoever directly or indirectly for
any thing to be done by them by virtue or colour of this
Present Act Saving the Allowance of eighty Pounds of tobacco
p Diem for their Expences during the time as they shall sitt
to hear and determine such claimes which charge the Comrs of
Ann Arundell County are hereby Authorized & obliged to
Levy and Assess upon the severall Taxables of the said
County and allow unto them in the County levy.
And Provided nevertheless that it shall be lawfull for the
Commissioners by this Act Empowered to Assess and Exact
Such reasonable charges on all Persons non residents in the said
County and making claims before them as in their discretion
they shall think fitt accounting therefor to the County levy and
that the said Commissioners are hereby empowered to make
all necessary rules & orders for the better carrying on all
business that shall be brought before them and the good and
regular Government of their Court.
And be it further Enacted by the Authority advice and con-
sent afd that the Justices and commissioners of Ann Arundell
County Co" for the time being be Impowered according to
their discretion upon Application to them made and due Proof
thereof to Affirm all Judgments heretofore given in the said
County Court Now unsatisfyed and award Execution thereon
and againe to adjudge and Ascertaine the times of Service of

all Orphans by them bound out and Servants According to
Act of Assembly heretofore by them adjudged whereof the
Record is not Extant but burnt as in their wisdomes they shall
think fitt and that for the entries of such Judgments and all
matters thereto relating the Clark of the said County be allowed
but half fees Any Act Law usage or Custome to the Contrary
notwithstanding.
