The Speaker and Members appeared in the Council Cham-
ber where M^r Speaker was pleased to deliver unto the Honble
President the aforegoing Bills; who, by Advice and Consent
of the Honble Council he enacted them into Laws by sealing
them with the Great Seal of the Province and indorsing them
severally as followeth, Viz.

Novemb^r 11^th 1709 On Behalf of her Most Sacred Majesty
Ann by the Grace of God Queen of Great Britain &^ta we will
this be a Law Edw^d Lloyd Signed by them and the
W^m Holland rest of the Honble
Tho'Ennalls Council.

After which the Honble President was pleased to declare
That with the Advice of her Majesty's Council he thought fit
to prorogue this present Session of Assembly until the 28^th
Day of March next and that he did prorogue them accordingly
until the said 28^th Day of March next
Thereupon M^r Speaker and the rest of the Members re-
turned to their House; where M^r Speaker took his Chair and
declare to the House 'till what Time the Honble President
was pleased to prorogue this Session of Assembly
And the House prorogued themselves to the same 28^th Day
of March next

So this second Session of Assembly ended on the 11^th Day
of November in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lady Queen Anne by the Grace of God of Great Britain
France and Ireland Defender of the Faith &^th Annoq Dom.
