Lands in Ann Arundell County and for entailing other Lands
belonging to the said Benja in Baltemore County
3o An engrost bill for Investing the Right heirs of Edwd
Day late of Somersett County with an Estate in Fee simple in
Certain Lands in the said County.
4o An engrost bill reviving and Continuing an Act of
Assembly of this pvince Entituled an Act for relieving the
Inhabitants of this pvince from some Aggrievances in the
psecution of suites at Law
5o An engrost bill for Confirming the Last will and Testa-
ment of Eliza Devegh late of Baltemore County Decd
6o An engrost bill for the relief of Robert High and Philip
Eilbeck languishing Prisoners.
7o An engrost bill to Confirm to Mary Hall of Talbot
County widow a tract of Land Called Glades Addition in
Talbot County.
