Tobo Exported out of this pvince for the use therein men-
coned.

ance of Actions in severall Courts wthin this Province And
Ascertaining the manner of takeing the Evidence of Sea
farcing men and for Granting Appeals from the Chancery
Court to the Govr and Councill.

coned to Richard Bennett Esqr
6. An Act for granting unto Edwd Smith of the City of
Annapolis Sawyer One hundred and Twenty foot of ground
in the same City to Keep a Sawyers Yard on for the En-
couragemt of his Trade.
No 7. A Supplementary Act to the Act for Reliefe of
Thomas Manning of Calvert County.
No 8. A Supplementary Act to the Act Entituled an Act
for Laying an Imposition on Negroes and on severall Sorts
of Liquor Imported And also on Irish Servants to Prevent the
Importing too great a number of Irish Papists into this
Province.

Smith deced the Surviveing Execr of the said Robert Smith
deced what the said Renatus Smith paid on Account of the
said Robert Smith more than Effects Came to his hands and
for the payment of his Other Debts
