Johnson Entituled an Act Impowering a Committee to Levy Assess
and Apportion the publick Levy for this present Year 1731. thus

ings in the Provincial Court & to Adjourn the said Court which is
to be held in September next and on the Thursday before the third
Tuesday in October next, unto the third Tuesday in October next,
thus Subscribed.

the lower House by Col. Ward.
Mr Beale and Mr Key from the lower House Acquaint His Ex-
