Supplementary Act to the Act for Repairing the Damages already
Sustained in the Records of the Land Secretarys Comy^rs and
County Court Offices and for Security of the same Records for the
future.
For the Better Executing of the said Recited Act, Be it Enacted
by the R^t Honble the Lord Proprietary by and with the Advice and
Consent of his Lordship Governeur and the upper and Lower houses
of Assembly and the Authority of the same that Tho^s Bordley & Dan^ll
Dulany Esq^rs be added to the Commissioners already Appointed by
the said Act of Assembly to View and Examine the State of the
publick Records therein Mencofied and that the said former Com-
missioners (Except M^r Joseph Hill who is hereby Exempted from
his attendance thereon thro his bad state of health) and the said
Thomas Bordley and Dan^ll Dulany or any three of them shall be and
are Impowered and Required to Execute the severall Powers &
Authorities Contained in the said Act, And be it further Enacted that

the said Commissioners or any of them that shall Neglect or
Refuse to Discharge the trust in them Reposed Except in Case of
Sickness or some very Pressing Occasion to be Adjudged by the
Major part of the Comm^rs then Present shall forfeit five hundred
pounds of Tob^o to the use of free schools in the severall Countys, And
that Every One of the said Commissioners shall be allowed Eighty
pounds of Tob^o for Every days attend^a in putting this or the said
Recited Act in Execution in the publick Levey And be it further
Enacted that the Severall Officers shall be obliged to Give Security in
the Same Sums and same Manner as Prescribed by the said Recited
Act for such books as the said Commissioners or any three of them
shall adjudge to be now in good Repair and that there be a Clause in
the Condⁿ of Every bond to make the officers Answerable for Every
book that shall be put into Good Repair by the Directions of the
Commissioners and Delivered into the proper office to which it
belongs. And be it further Enacted that the said Commissioners or
any three of them shall and may by Vertue of this Act agree w^th any
pson that Will Undertake to Transcribe and Repair the publick
Records for money or Tob^o at their Discretion anything in the said
Recited Act to the Contrary notwithstanding

An Act to Enable Hugh Mathews to sell a Tract of Land lying in
Queen Ann's County Called Jones's Fancy whereof Dennis Sully-
van died Seized.
Whereas the said Dennis Sullyvan Administred on the Estate of
one Patrick Burke Late of Kent County deced upon which Adm^rcon
their appears by the Records of the Commissarys Office to Remain
due to the Representatives of the said Burke two hundred and
seventy four pounds Curr^t money & that the said Dennis as it is
alledged was Indebted to severall Other persons, and Whereas the
