And for all other matters or proceedings before the said Court
had or taken & not here particularly sett down that Fees be allowed
to & taken by the said Clerk proportionable to what are (by Act of
Assembly) allowed to or settled upon the honble the secretary in the
Provinciall Court of this Province And be it further Enacted by the
authority aforesaid that the said severall aforemenconed Fees doe run
upon Execucon in the same manner & forme as other Officers Fees doe
or as by the aforesaid act is prescribed. And the said Clerk is
hereby likewise bound to unclergoe like penalty (as in the said act
is sett down & expressed) if he shall exact take demand or Receive
any larger or greater Fee gratuity or Reward for any matter or
thing in any wise appertaining to his said Office then what by this
act is afore Limitted & allowed to be taken any former Law order or
Custome to the contrary hereof notwithstanding.
