s^d Twenty Days & also find the s^d Anthony Parker, Patrick Ryley &
Cleborn Lomax or Any or Either of them Sufficient meat Drink &
Cloathing During their Future Imprisonm^t and in Case they the
said Anthony Parker Patrick Ryley & Cleborn Lomax shall De-

liver up & Surrender or Cause to be Delivered up & Surrendered to
the Sherriff of the County Aforesaid in the Presence of Two Jus-
tices of the Peace of the s^d County whom the s^d Sherriff is hereby
required to Summon On the request of the said Anthony Parker,
Patrick Ryley & Cleborn Lomax at Some Convenient Time after the
Receipt of this Act not Exceeding ten Days all their Real & Personal
Estate Either in Possession Reversion or Remainder or In trust or
in or unto which they have or any or Either of them hath Any Claim
or Interest whatsoever & Likewise before the Day before men-
tioned Convey Assign Transfer & make over unto the Sherriff of
Charles County for the use of the said Creditors all such their Es-
tate Interest or Claim as Aforesaid after such Manner as by the said
Sherriff and the Major part of the said Creditors Or such of them
as shall think fit to Direct therein or their Council Larned in the Law
shall reasonably devise or Require at the Costs & Charges of such
Persons as shall Claim the benefit thereof so as the s^d Anthony
Parker, Patrick Ryley & Cleborn Lomax be not burthened with any
Warrantees thereby other then from them Selves or Those that Claim
by from or under them & that the s^d Anthony Parker, Patrick Ryley
& Cleborn Lomax & Either of them at the time of such their Sur-
render & Transferring their Estate as afores^d Shall take his or their
Solemn Oath or Oaths (or Affirmation if a Quaker) before the
s^d two Justices of the County Afores^d to be Summoned as afore-
said to The Effect following Viz. I. A. B. Do Affirm or Solemnly
Swear that the Goods Debts & Effects which 1 have Delivered As-
signed & made Over to the Sherriff of Charles County & in Trust
for the use of my Creditors is the whole Estate both real & Per-
sonal of my Own in Possession or have any Title to in the world
& that I have not any Estate Goods or Effects of any kind whatso-
ever left Either in Possession Reversion or Remainder (the neces-
sary wearing Apparel for my self wife and Children Excepted) &
that I have not Directly or Indirectly Sold leased or Otherwise Con-
veyed Disposed of or Intrusted all or Any part of my Estate thereby
to Defraud my Creditors or to Secure the same to receive or Ex-
cept Any Profit or Advantage Thereof So help me God It shall
& may be Lawfull for the Sheriff of the County afores^d After the
End of the Said Twenty Days & the said Sherriff is hereby required
to Discharge the s^d Anthony Parker, Patrick Ryley & Cleborn
Lomax out of his Custody & to Suffer them to go at Large And
be it Further Enacted by the Authority afores^d that the said An-
thony Parker Patrick Ryley and Cleborn Lomax nor Any of them
