sd Sarah Hart now the Wife of Richard Owings together with the
sd Richard have Consented to the Petition of the sd William Douglas
& Mary his Wife Be it therefore Enacted by the Right Honourable
the Lord Propry by & with the Advice & Consent of his Lordships
Governour & the Upper & Lower Houses of Assembly & the
Authority of the same that the said Mary the Wife of the sd William
Douglas be & is hereby Vested with an Estate in fee Simple in the
afd Lands in Baltimore County as fully & Amply as if the Same

had been Devised to her in fee Simple & that the sd William & Mary
have full Power & Authority to sell & Dispose thereof as fully &
Amply as if the same Land had not been Intailed & that the afd four
hundred Acres of Land in Cecil County Part of Vulcans Rest be
& is hereby Intailed in the same Manner & to the Same Uses as the
afd two Tracts of Land in Baltimore County were by the Will of the
aforesd John Scull any Law Statute Usage or Custom to the Con-
trary notwithstanding Saving to his Lordship the Right Honourable
the Lord Proprietary his heirs & Successors & all Bodies Politick
and Corporate & all Others not mentioned in this Act their Several
& Respective Rights.

An Act To Confirm the Last Will & Testament of Rebecca Calvert
Widow Deceased who was the Relict & Administratrix of the
Honble Charles Calvert Esquire Deceased & to Enable the Ex-
ecutors therein named to Execute the sd Testament According
to the true Intent thereof.
Whereas the Honourable Charles Calvert Esquire Deceased Died
Intestate Leaving Only two Daughters both very young after
whose Decease Rebecca the Widow & Relict of the Same Charles
Calvert took Out Letters of Administration in Due form on his
Personal Estate which same Rebecca Calvert before she had fully
Administred the sd Charles Calverts Personal Estate made her Last
Will & Testament & thereof Constituted Benjamin Tasker &
George Plater Esquire & Onorio Rosolini Gentleman Executors &
thereafter Dyed by which Testament the same Testatrix in Consid-
eration of the Minority & Incapacity of the sd Minors to Manage
their Estate appointed her said Executors to be Guardians to them
& Impowered her said Executors if they should think fitt & for
the Benefitt of the sd Minors to Sell & Dispose of their Whole Per-
sonal Estate & to Put the Money Ariseing by such Sale upon In-
terest to their best Advantage That the sd Executors Conceiving that
it Would be very much for the Advantage of the sd Minors to have
their Personal Estate Disposed of According to the sd Testament
which they have sett forth in & by their Petition to this Assembly

the Trust in them Reposed but in regard the sd Charles Calvert
Died Intestate & that by the Laws of this Province It is Provided
