Courts Limited and prescribed by the Act Entituled an Act to
Limit the Continuance of Action in Severall Courts within this
Province and Ascertaining the manner of taking the Evidence of
Sea faring men and for Granting Appeals from the Chancery Court
to the Governour and Council or in or by any other Act Anything
in the said Recited Act or any other Law to the Contrary notwith-
standing
And Be it further Enacted by the Authority Advice and Consent

aforesaid that no Judgment which shall be recovered in any County

Court of this Province which hath been Adjourned to any time
between Last March and June next at the time of such Adjourn-
ment or which shall be rendered or Recovered next June Court
in any Action now Actually Depending and tryable in March Court
shall be Subject or Liable to be Superseded by Virtue of the Act for
Stay of Execution after the tenth Day of May yearly or the Supple-
mentary Act thereto untill the first Day of August next Anything
in the said Acts or any other Law to the Contrary notwithstanding.

An Act to Enlarge the time of Shipping Tobacco this Present year

Whereas the Severity and unseasonableness of the Weather the
Last Winter and present Spring have Continued Longer than Can
be remembred whereby the most Industrious Planters have been
hindered from geting their Tob^o in the same readiness for Shiping
that it used to be in the month of February in former years and
that the Ships are much Later in Coming in than usual so that the
Carrying the Act Entituled an Act for Limitation of the time of
Shipping Tob^o into Strict Execution this Present year would be
Attended with many Inconveniences to the Inhabitants of this Prov-
ince and all Others Concerned in the Trade thereof Be it therefore
Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by and with
the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governour and the Upper
and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the Same
That it shall and may be Lawfull to Ship Tobacco on board of any
Ship or Vessell at any time before the first Day of October in this
present year Seventeen Hundred and thirty six Any thing in the said
recited Act to the Contrary notwithstanding.

An Act for the Payment of the Publick Levey.

Whereas it would be very Inconvenient and Burthensom to the
People to pay by way of Tax or Assessment the Arrears that are now
Due from the Publick And whereas there is a Sum of Money lying
in the Office of the Commissioners or Trustees for Emitting the Bills
of Credit the Circulation whereof would be not only Advantages to
the Province but the taking so much thereof as will pay the said
Publick Arrears out of the said Office will Save the Country Consid-
erable Commission which must be paid in Case the same were
