An Act for Relief of Prisoners for Debt
An Act for relief of Anthony Parker, Patrick Ryley and Cley-
borne Lomax, Languishing Prisoners in Charles County Goale
All which the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by the
Clerk of this House Declared his Assent to; and then made the
following speech

Gentlemen of Both Houses
I shall not faile to present your Addresses, the one to His most
sacred Majestic, the other to his Royal Highness nor could you oblige
or endear me to you more, than by affording me this opportunity of
Expressing my Duty, and your Loyalty and Affections

Gentlemen of the Lower House
I cannot take my leave of you without Recommending a Parlia-
mentary Proceeding in your Method of doing Business nor can
you Copy better than after our Mother Country

Gentlemen of both Houses
I wish you well to your Respective Homes; and hope there will be
such a Concurrence in your future Councils that may Answer the
Publick Welfare: And this I recommend to you, as I sincerely wish
the Prosperity of this Province
The Chancellar by order of his Lordship, Prorogues the Assembly
to the first Tuesday in July next
Thus endeth the Second Session of the Assembly of this Province
