Branch with a Strait Line from the Head thereof to the nearest part
of Patuxent River and Referred to the Consideration of the Lower
House of Assembly, and Sent by Benjamin Tasker Esq^r
Read the Petition of William Fell of Baltimore County on behalfe
of Edward Fell praying that a Bill may be brought in either to
Continue him the said Edward Fell in Possession of the Improve-
ments made by him on part of the Land ordered to be laid out for a
Town in Baltimore County by an Act of Assembly Anno 1732 or to
direct the Town so to be laid out as not to include the said Improve-
ments, and recommended to the Consideration of the Lower House of
Assembly, and Sent by Benjamin Tasker Esq^r
Adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine of the Clock.

By the Upper House of Assembly 17th March 1732
Gentlemen
We are so Desirous of Omitting no Opportunity of Confering with
your House in any Matter for the Good of the Province; That we
could hardly perswade ourselves from Joyning with your House in
the Conference proposed by your Message of the 15^th Instant; until
upon the best Consideration We had Satisfied ourselves by the Rule
of Parliamentary Proceedings some Difference in Point of Judgment
between the two Houses, Either on a Bill or some other Subject
matter always preceds or gives Occasion for a Conference but to
our Mutual Satisfaction, We hope there is not any such Difference at
present, Therefore in Conformity to the Rules by which we ought to
Govern ourselves, as well as to avoid the very Supposition of any dif-
ference (since there is not any such between the two Houses) We
think ourselves Obliged to Wave at present the Conference proposed
by your Message
