Ordered That Capt. George Keeports deliver to Capt. Alex Lawson
Smith of the Maryland Part of the Regim^t late Rawlings's 3 1/4 yds
Cloth 3 yds Shalloon and 1 p^s Brittanies of the first Quality in part
of the Articles allowed by the Gen^l Assembly.

That the said Capt. Keeports deliver to Ensigns David Green and
Robert Green of the first Brigade 3 J yds Cloth, 3 yds Shalloon & 1 p^s
Brittanies of the third Quality each in part of the Articles allowed
by the General Assembly.
That the Collector of the Tax for Harford County pay to Capt
Alex Lawson Smith of the late Rawlings's Regim^t three thousand
Dollars to be expended in the Recruiting Service and Accounted for.
That the Collector of the Tax for Baltimore County pay to John
McClellan Richard Lemmon and Isaac Griest Commissioners for
Baltimore Town Five thousand Pounds to enable them to carry into
Execution the Act for the immediate Supply of Flour and other Pro-
visions for the Army to be accounted for.
That the Collector of the Tax for Montgomery County pay to
Ens David Green of the 7 Regim^t one thousand Eight hundred Dol-
lars to be expend^d in the recruit^g Service & Acc^d for
Jonathan Hudson Esq^r is requested to deliver 300 pieces of Brit-
tanies purchased of him by this Board to Capt George Keeports or
in his Absence to M^r William Banks
Ordered that the Commissary of Stores deliver to Capt. Alexander
Lawson Smith of the late Rawlings's Regim^t 3 yds Linen for Lining
and 2 pair of Stockings in part of the Articles allowed by the General
Assembly.
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to David Green and
Robert Green of the first Brigade 3 yds Linen for Lining and 2 p^r
Stockings each in part of the Articles &c^a
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Patrick Murphy,
Charles Thompson, William Snow, Pharoah Flinn, James Bayless,
Robert Hutson, James Wood, John Lawrence James Welden, Wil-
liam Joyce, Andrew Marwood, William Johnston & Philip Ijams
Recruits for the 4^th Regim^t Leonard Hagan, John Neighbour & Wil-
liam Hempston Recruits for the 7 Regiment, each, 1 Coat, 1 Waist-
coat 1 p^r Breeches 1 p^r Overalls, 1 shirt, 1 Hat, 1 p^r Shoes and one
pair of Stockings the Bounty allowed them by the late Act of Assem-
bly and also to Thomas Keef of the 7^th Regiment 1 pair of Shoes.
That the said Commissary of Stores deliver to Serj^t John Smith
of the 2^d Regiment Cloth sufficient for 1 Jacket and pair of Breeches.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Serj^t John Lindiff six
thousand Dollars to be by him expended in the Recruiting Service &
Accounted for.
