Entituled An Act for issuing and paying out of the Office of the
Commissioners or Trustees for Emitting Bills of Credit established
by Act of Assembly the Sum of Nine hundred Pounds Current
Money in Bills of Credit, as also for the Payment of Two hundred
Pounds Sterling for purchasing Provisions for his Majestys forces
raised in this Province, and other purposes, and for continuing Part
of an Act therein mentioned, thus Endorsed

Gentlemen
The Bill, Entituled An Act for issuing and paying out of the
Office of the Commissioners or Trustees for emitting Bills of Credit
established by Act of Assembly the sum of 900 Current Money in
Bills of Credit, as also for the Payment of £200 sterling for pur-
chasing Provisions for his Majesty's forces raised in this Province,
and other Purposes, and for continuing Part of an Act therein men-
tioned, has passed this House, But We observe that there is no par-
ticular Direction for the reimbursing to M^r Bayard what he has

already advanced for the Subsistence of the Troops raised in this
Province, or for making him a Compensation for his Trouble
