17th An Act to prevent Certain Evils and Inconveniences attend-
ing the Sale of Strong Liquors and Runing of horse Races near
the Yearly meetings of the People Called Quakers and to prevent
the Tumultious Concourse of Negroes and other Slaves During the
said Meetings.
18th An Act Impowering certain Commissioners therein men-
tioned to Lay out and Set a Price or Cause a Price to be set on Two
Acres of Land in Saint Margarets Westminister Parish in Ann
Arundel County whereon the Chappel of Ease belonging to the said
Parish now Stands
19th An Act for Raising three Pence Sterling p hhd on all To-
bacco to be Exported for Purchasing Arms and Ammunition and
for an immediate Suply of Armes for the Defence of this Province
20th An Act to Enable Onorio Razolini to Convey in Right of
Elisabeth Calvert an Infant to George Plater Esqr Certain Lands
therein Mentioned
21st An Act for the Enlargement of Baltimore Town in Balti-
more County and other Purposes therein mentioned
22d An Act for Repairing and amending the Publick and County
Goal in the City of Annapolis
23rd An Act to prevent evils Arising from the Entering up
Judgements upon Bonds commonly called Judgement Bonds to
Direct the manner of issuing Executions on Loan Office Bonds and
to Regulate certain fees therein mentioned
24th An Act Repealing an Act of Assembly Entituled an Act
to enable the Vestrymen and Church Wardens for the Time being
of St Ann's Parish in Ann Arundel County to Lease certain Lotts
in the City of Annapolis in manner and to the Uses therein men-
tioned and to enable the said Rector Vestrymen and Church War-
dens to Lease certain Lotts of Land within the said City of Annapolis
25th An Act for Raising a Duty of three half pence p hhd on
all Tobacco Exported out of this Province for the Use of the
Governor

ince Entituled an Act ascertaining the Gauge and Tare of Tobacco
hogsheads and to prevent Cutting Croping and Defacing Tobacco

and Effectual Publication of the Laws of this Province and for the
Encouragement of Jonas Green of the City of Annapolis Printer and
to other Purposes therein mentioned
28th An Act for the assesment & Payment of the Publick
Charges of this Province
All which his Excellency Passed into Laws in the usual form by
Sealing them with the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys
