That the said Treasurer pay to Serjeant Suit, three pounds five
Shillings and nine pence of the same Emission of the money appro-
priated as aforesaid due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Robert John Smith thirty pounds
of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid due
him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to John Welch one thousand pounds
of the same Emission of the money appropriated as aforesaid to be
delivered over to George Keeports Esqr to be by him expended in the
purchase of Clothing and Accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Neale fifty pounds of the
same Emission of the money aforesaid to be delivered over to Joseph
Ford Commissary of Saint Marys County on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Vachel and Elizabeth Worthington
thirty one pounds fifteen Shillings of the same Emission of the money
aforesaid due them per Account passed.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Mary Watson wife of
a soldier who lost his life the Day of the Entertainment given by the
Citizens of Annapolis to the Officers, one ration per day until the
sitting of the Orphans Court of Ann Arundel County.

[Council to John Bullen, Esqr.]

The Trustees for the Poor of Ann Arundel County having given
the State the Liberty of making use of the Poor House as an Hospital
on Condition of being provided with another House for the reception
of the Poor, we request you will take Mr Lee's lately occupied by
Mr Hodgkin for the use of the Poor.

We are immediately in want of seventy five Blankets to compleate
the Equipment of the third regiment, which is to march, to morrow,
you will be so obliging as to purchase that Number immediately or
Cloath proper and sufficient to make them and forward them to this
Place, they must be here on Tuesday at furthest to be sent after the
Troops to George Town. By the Express you will receive one thou-
sand Pounds which you will lay out in the Purchase of the above
Blankets and the Articles mentioned in the List sent you the other
Day; you are to lay out the Money as Specie, and if the Articles are
not to be procured with the Money, you are to seize them agreeably
to the Powers given you.
