By the Lower house of Assembly 13th December 1751.
May it please Your Honours
In answer to your Message of the 11th Instant by Richard Lee
Esq. this house hath appointed Mr Key Doctor Carroll Cot Henry
Hooper and Mr Tilghman to Joyn the Members appointed by Your
honours to draw up an Address to be presented to his Majesty

Read the Petition of George Gordon of Frederick County Pray-
ing a Bill may be brought in to explain the Act for laying out and
erecting a Town on Patowmack River above the Mouth of Rock
Creek in Frederick County made at the last Session of Assembly
Referred to the Consideration of the Lower house of Assembly by
Col Tasker
Read the Second Time by especial Order the Bill Entd An Act
for Dividing Certain Ware houses in Talbot County therein Named,
and will pass, Sent to the Lower house by Edmund Jenings Esqr
Adjourned till to Morrow Morning ten of the Clock.
