                       The humble Petn of Henry Sewall Esq Sheweth
                       That Capt Nicholas Gwyther was indebted the last yeare to yor
                     Petr in the sume of 900l Tob. & Cask: for wth sume hee gaue yor Petr
                     a Noate Requesting Mr Willm Hollingworth to pay the same, Wch
                     noate Mr Hollingworth did accept of, And gaue yor Pet, from under
                [p. 129]     his hand to pay the same to him, wth in six months after the date
                     thereof, wch noate beares date 8° May 1663, wch notwthstanding
                     the Hollingworth ref useth now to pay the same unto yor Petr
                       Hee humbly therefore Craueth this honble Court to graunt him
                     order agst the sd Hollingworth for his sd Debt of 900l Tob. & Cask,
                     wth Costs of suite & hee shall pray &c:
