to the Government appointed to be taken by Act of Assembly repeats
and subscribes the Abjuration and Test and then withdraws.

his Majesty's Service and convinces me of your being willing to
provide for the Support of the Troops that it has been found neces-
sary to raise for the Defence of this Province, as well as desirous
