520 Assembly Proceedings, October 4-November 26, 1763.

that all Writs Precepts and Process recognizances and other matters
returnable to the said Court and not then Determined shall be and
are hereby declared to be continued to the said first Tuesday in
December any thing in the said Writs Precepts Process Recog-
nizances or other matters to the Contrary Notwithstanding And
that all Persons matters and things taken or Effected by such
Process and all Persons summoned or bound by Recognizance to
Appear and Attend at the said Court shall be Obliged in the same
manner and under the same Penalties and forfeitures to Appear
and Attend at the said County Court to beheld on the said first
Tuesday in December as they were respectively under for their
Appearance and Attendance at the said Court on the third Tuesday
in November And that all Bail Bonds for the Appearance of Per-
sons Arrested on Writs Returnable to the said Court on the said

third Tuesday in November shall be Assignable and the Sheriff be
Amerciable for Default of the Defendants Appearance at the said
Court on the said first Tuesday in December in the same manner as
they would have been in the like Case at the said Court on the
third Tuesday in November

personally appeared before Me the Subscriber one of the Right Hon-
ourable the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland aforesaid
his Council of State and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of
Almighty God that he carefully examined all the Laws contained
in this Book from folio 430 to folio 530 with the Original Acts
that passed the Great Seal.
