The Petition of the Rector Vestrymen Church Wardens and
parishioners of S.t Andrews Parish in S.t Marys County praying
Leave to have a Quantity of Tobacco Assessed in not less than
three Years to be applied to the Building a Parish Church and other
purposes was read and granted
Ordered That George Plater Edmund Key and Daniel Wolsten-
holme Esq.rs do prepare and bring in a Bill acco.ly
The petition of the Vestrymen Church Wardens and parishioners
of S.t Pauls parish in Kent County praying a Quantity of Tobacco
already raised to be applied towards the Building a Vestry House
was read and granted. Ordered that Thomas Ringgold Esq.r Col.o
Lloyd and Mr Buchanan do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly
Samuel Wilson Esq.r brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker a Bill
Intitled An Act to ease the Inhabitants of this province and to
empower the Justices of the several Counties to bind out the persons
therein mentioned Apprentices which was read the first Time and
Ordered to ly on the Table
J. Hollyday Esq.r brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker a Bill
Entituled An Act to revive and aid the proceedings of Caecil County
Court which was read the first Time and Ordered to ly on the Table
M.r J Hall brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker A Bill Entituled
An Act for regulating Innholders and Ordinary Keepers within this
