ence in Opinion having arisen among us about the Quantum of the
Sum it would be proper to apply to that Purpose having Respect to
our own Circumstances and the heavy Debt with which the Country
is now burthen'd we have resolved to refer the Consideration of that
Matter to the Consideration of next Session of Assembly and here-
with return your Honours the Papers you sent us relative to that

Ingrossed Bill Ent.d an Act for limiting the Time for Sinking the
Paper Bills of Credit now Current in this Province and other Pur-
poses therein mentioned which was read and assented to and sent
to the Up.r Ho. with the Paper Bill thereof with the Message bro.t
in by J Hall Esq.r and the Bill Ent.d an Act to enable the Comm.rs &c
to purchase Stationary Ware &c by M.r Grahame and M.r Cockey

On Motion Ord.d that an Address be prepared to his Excellency
to acquaint him that the Treasurers of Each Shore have Omitted to
bring in their Acco.ts according to the Duty required of them

And that T. Johnson and T. Ringgold Esq.rs do prepare and bring
in the Same
T. Johnson Esq.r brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker an Address
to the Governor which he read in his Place and afterwards delivered
it in at the Table

The Same was read the 1.st and 2.d Time by the Clerk approved
and Ord.d to be Ingrossed

Benedict Calvert Esq..r from the Up. Ho. delivers to Mr Speaekr
the Bill Ent.d an Act to enable the Comm.rs of the Loan Office to
purchase Stationary Ware &c Ind.d By the Up. Ho. of Assembly
Read the 1.st & 2.d Time by especial Order and will pass
