in by J Hall Esq.^r and the Bill Ent.^d an Act to enable the Comm.^rs &c
to purchase Stationary Ware &c by M.^r Grahame and M.^r Cockey

to acquaint him that the Treasurers of Each Shore have Omitted to
bring in their Acco.^ts according to the Duty required of them

to the Governor which he read in his Place and afterwards delivered
