5.^th Amendment.] In the 13.^th line in the same page, leave Out
the Words, "in the first of their sitting, and in their stead, insert
the following Words, Viz within Seven Days after such award shall
be produced in Court, to the said Justices,
6.^th Amendment,] In the 14.^th line of the same page, after the
word "in," insert trip following words, Viz "or by Surprise. Im-
position, or deception of," and after the word arbitrators," in the
said line, insert the following words, Viz "or without due Notice to
the parties; or their Attorney, or Attornies,
7.^th Amendment.] leave out, in the 5.^th page, what follows after the
Word "notwithstanding in the said page,

8.^& Amendment.] leave Out the 2.^d Line of the last enacting
Clause, the words, "and Execution thereupon had;" and after the
word "Confession," in the 4.^th Line leave Out what follows, to the
end, and add the following proviso Viz "provided always that noth-
ing in this Act contained, shall extend, or be construed to extend to
establish or in any manner Affect any Judgment, that hath been
entered, on which any Writ of error, or appeal, hath been prosecuted,
or is now depending; but that Judgment shall be considered, in all
Respects, as if this Act had not been made, or be construed to affect
any person, or persons, that hath, or have purchased, any lands,
Tenements or Hereditaments, bona fide, and on good and Valuable
Consideration: but that such purchaser, or purchasers, shall be and
remain in the same state, Right, and Condition as if this Act had
not been passed and also the following clause;

"This Act to continue for, and during the space of three years,
and to the end of the next session of Assembly, which shall happen,
after the expiration of the said three years, The House Adjourns
till U o'Clock

publication of the Laws of this province, and for the encouragement
of Anne Catharine Green, of the City of Annapolis printer And the
ingrossed Bill, entitled a Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled an
Act to establish a Road from Hunting Creek, in Dorchester County,
to Dover in Talbot County: Read and assented to and sent to the
Upper House, by M^r Grahame, and M.^r Steele with the paper Bills
thereof, M^r Hall brings in, and delivers to M^r Speaker, the Bill
entitled, an Act for the Relief of the Reverend John M^cpherson,
of Charles County: which is read the first time, and Ordered to lie
on the Table

granted, leave given to bring in a Bill, according to prayer,
