Present as Yesterday

Read the second time the Bill Entitled An Act for the Relief of
certain Languishing Prisoners in the several Goals therein men-
tioned and will Pass with the following Prisoners Names being
inserted in their resnective Countvs. Viz..t

Read the second time the Bill Entitled, An Act for Licencing
Hawkers and Pedlars, and will Pass with the following Amend-
ments. Viz..t
After the Words "Sum of" in the eleventh Line of the first Page
insert the Word five instead of the Word "ten."
After the Word "Shore" in the eleventh Line of the Third Page

insert the following Words Viz..t Such Treasurer to have and retain
a Commission of five Pounds p Centum and no more, on the Monies
to be paid to him in Virtue of this Act

In the fourteenth and fifteenth Lines of the third Page leave out
the Words "to the use of the County Schools in this Province"
and insert in their place the following Words Viz..t "as the General
Assembly of this Province for the time being shall direct and
appoint
Adjourned till 3 of the Clock in the afternoon

Continuing An Act Entitled An Act to prevent disabled and Super-
anuated Slaves being set free or the Manumission of Slaves by any
last Will or Testament.
Read the first and Second time by Especial Order and will Pass.
A Bill by Mess..rs Wilson and Ware Entitled An Act to vest the
Title of and in a certain Lott or parcel of Land in John Jeremiah
Myer.
