Read the second Time in this House the Bill entitled "An Act
for the Regulation of Officers Fees." and will not Pass — so endorsed
and sent to the Lower House by Daniel of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Esq.

Read the second Time in this House the Bill entitled. "An Act
for abolishing June County Courts." and will Pass with the fol-
lowing Amendment Viz.t Strike out the word "seven." in the two
last Lines of the continuing Clause and instead thereof insert the
word. "Three." so Endorsed and sent to the Lower House by
Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Esq
Read and rejected the Petition of Martha Roundell of Prince
Georges County.
Adjourned until three of the Clock in the Afternoon,

A Bill, entitled, "An Act for the relief of Benjamin Harris of
Frederick County." These two Bills were severally Read and As-
sented to by this House, and ordered to be so Subscribed — the Paper

Esq
Mess:rs Charles Ridgely and Deye, bring up a Bill entitled. "An
Act for the Relief of sundry Inhabitants of Potapsco Lower Hun-
dred in Baltimore County." Read the first and second Time in the
Lower House and will Pass.
Mess:rs Tolley and Charles Ridgely son of John bring up an
Ingrossed Bill entitled "An Act for the abolishing of June County
Courts" — Read and Assented to by the Lower House of Assembly,
which was Read and assented to by this House, and ordered to be
so Subscribed, the Paper Bill so Endorsed was sent to the Lower
House by George Steuart Esq.

Lower House and will Pass Viz.t
