86  Provincial Court Proceedings, 1672/3




         Liber M M   aforesayd & Maryland or Either of ym all such sumes of money
                 goods Tobaccos & Wares as are from them or any of them due
                 & oweing to us joyntly or Either of us Severally, And the said
                 John Parker & all such psons as aforesayd to Compleate & make up
                 an accompt for us & in or names or in the name of Either of us touch
                 ing ye prmises, And for the better Recovery of the prmises the said
                 John Parker & all other psons aforesayd for us & in or names Jointly
                 & Severally as the case shall require to sue arrest psecute impleade
                 Condemne & imprison & out of prison to Deliver And us and Either
                 of us in any Cort or Courts and before any Judge or Judges to
                 psonate and with ye said John Parker and such other psons as
                 aforesayd as Or said Attorney shall thinke fit compositions and
                 agreemts for us & in or names or in the name of Either of us to make,
                 And upon such Compositions or agreemts, or upon satisifaction given
                 to or said Attorney for ye prmises for ye sd John Parker, and such
                 psons as afd Compounding with or satisfyeing Or sd Attorney for
                 us & in or names & in ye name of Either of us acquittances releases
                 & full discharges to give, And for ye better Effecting the prmises one
                 or more Attornyes Deptys & Substitutes undr him to make & them
                 againe at his pleasure to Revoake And genrally to doe & Execute
                 all & Every such other act & thinges as shalbe necessary in & about
                 ye prmises in as full manner as wee orselves or Either of us might
                 doe were wee psonally prsent Wee & Either of us hereby ratefyeing &
                 Confirming all wtsoever our said Attorney or his substitutes or
                 Either of them shall doe or pcure to be Done in ye prmises In witnes
                 whereof wee have hereunto set or hands & seales this 20th day of
                 September in the yeare of our Lord 1672.
