The Council met.

William Campbell Esquire appointed by an Act of the last Session of Assembly, an
Agent to superintend the collection of all arrearages and balances due from the several
Collectors appointed since seventeen hundred and eighty three except the two and six penny
fund tax, produced a bond executed by himself with George Mann and Charles Wallace
Securities in the penalty of twenty thousand pounds for the faithful performance of his trust,
endorsed on which, is a Certificate from the Chancellor, that the said William Campbell did
on the first instant before him make oath, that he will well and faithfully discharge the duties
of Agent aforesaid, which Bond was approved by the Board.
