    in the 32d Year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable

    Baron of Baltimore, &c. and there continued till
    Saturday the 3d October following; and thence adjourned
    till second Tuesday in September 1664,

An Act concerning Proceedings at law.  Lib. C and WH. fol. 152. and Lib.
    WH and L. fol. 28.  EXP.
    This Act, which was to the same Effect of 1662, ch. 3, was revived by 1678, ch. 15, excepting
one Clause at the latter End, viz.  So far as the Court shall judge them not inconsistent with the
Condition of the Province.  Which Clause is accordingly left out in the Records above referred to,
they being Provincial Bodies of laws, in the Year 1678, when the aforesaid Clause was no
longer in Force.  In which State this law was successively continued, till 1684, when it totally
expired.  His Lordship's Dissent to this Law was declared in Assembly, the 13th April 1669;
it was also repealed by 1676, ch. 2, and again revived as above in 1678.

Ditto. An Act imposing a Penalty on all such who shall dispose of Tobacco, seized and received
    by the Sheriff, and others.  REP.  1678, ch.  16.
