ears one hole in the right ear, To have and to
hold use receive and Injoye the said Cattle with their
Increase both male and ffemale forever unto the said
Anthony Johnson ffrancis Johnson and Richard Johnson
their heires and Assignes, And to the onely proper use
and behoofe of the said Anthony Johnson ffrancis Johnson
and Richard Johnson their heires and assignes for ever;
ffreely peaceably and quietly without any manner of
reclaime Challenge or Contradiccon of me the said Mary
Johnson my heires executors: or assignes or of any other
person or persons by my meanes title or procurement and
without any Accompt reckoning or answer therefore to be given
to me or any in my name; And I the said Mary the abovesaid
Cattle unto the within named Anthony ffrancis and Richard
Shall warrant and defend by these presents In Wittnes whereof
I the said Mary Johnson have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale
this third Day of September in the one and fortieth year of
the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Annoq Domini
