ffact for running away formerly from mr: Smith being in
the said Smiths Custody being sorry for it; and Acknowledgeth
himselfe to be the servant of the said Bridger; and desires to
stay with the sherriffe untill he hath made his peace with
his Master; Thereupon the Cort: orders the said William to
remayne with the sherriffe untill his master fetcheth him
or ffurther order; And ffurther ordered that the sherriffe
Secures Two hundred pounds of tobacco for the use of Allexa:

which I beare to my sonne in Lawe John Nelson (the

ffraud or Deceipt have given granted allienated and
made over; And by these presents Doe absolutely give
grant allienate make over and Confirme unto the
said John Nelson and to his heires for ever; one red
heifer commonly called or knowne by the name of
Cherry marked as ffoll: vizt swallowe tayled of both
ears
