Sommersett Ss John Marcum was attached to answer
the Suite of Phillip Risdon in an accon
of Trespas upon the Case ; / ;
And the said Phillip by his Attorney Henry Smith
saith That the said John is indebted unto the said
Phillip the summe of one hundred & five pounds of
Tobacco as pr his Accot: here in Cort: produced more plainly
will appeare, but the said John fraudulently intending
refuseth to pay the Aforesaid summe of one hundred
and five pounds of tobacco and Caske allthough thereunto
hath severall times bin demanded whereby the said
Phillip is Damnified and hath Dammadge to the vallue
of three hundred pounds of Tobacco and Caske & thereupon
