Gabriell Mercer (Servant to Abigall Kibble of this County
widowe) Comeing into this Province without Indenture
appeares before the Court And it is humbly desired that
the Cort: will be pleased to pass theire Judgemt: Concerning
his age According to Act of Assembly in such Cases provided
After A full veiwe taken of the said Servant This Cort:
doth ad Judge the said Gabriell Mercer to be under
eighteene yeares of age ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Same Day Commrs: as afore
Elizabeth Hewson (servant to Nehemiah Covington of this
