aforesaid Deputy Surveyor in the Just quantity of three hundred
and forty pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco in Caske
to be paid upon Demand it being for surveyors ffees
To the true performance whereof I binde my Selfe my
heires executors: and administrators: firmly by these
presents to the said ffrancis Jenckins his heires executors:
