		Sommersett Ss  Robert Butler late of northampton County in virga: was attached to

           6		              answer the suite of Pearse Davis of y same County in an accon of

				   Trespas upon the Case ; / ;     ~           ~           ~            ~         ~

		And the said Pearse by his Attourney Henry Smith saith that the sd: Robert

		became Indebted unto the said Pearse the summe of twelve hundred seaventy

Intrat agt:	& five pounds of tobacco & Caske as pr his specialty here in Cort: produced

Janr: Cort:	will more plainely appeare but the said Robert fraudulently intending refuseth

   1674		to pay the aforesaid summe of 1275lb: tob: & Caske whereby the sd: Pearse is

		Damnified & hath Dammadge to y vallue of 2500lb: tob: & Caske and thereupon

		brings his suite ; / ;   ~           ~            ~            ~            ~            ~            ~

								pro qued Henry Smith

		~            ~            ~            ~            ~           ~             ~           ~            ~            ~
