This Cort orders that John Bound be overseer of his Lopps high wayes for nanticoke hundred
Daniell Hast for the north side of wiccocomoco hundred; Richard Stevens For the south side of
Wiccocomoco: Living Denward for the hundred of Mannyes: Richard Whitty for Manoakin
hundred Edward Jones between north side of Annamessex & back creek of Manoakin Thomas Price
for Anamessex hundred Robert Houston for Pocomoke hundred And Daniell Selbe for Boque
tenorten hundred ; / And further ordered that Peter Douty be Constable for the hundred of

George Johnson of Anamessex one of his Lopps Justices for sommrsett County for selling of Ammunicion to ye Indians
George Hollard Butcher by profession for beating of a servant maid of Wm Greenes of this County
at the house of Michaell Williams that Dyed the Same morning that after being beaten as aforesd
was never heard by any person speake after being ye 25 8br in the present year 75;
Rachell the servant of ffrancis Roberts for having a bastard Chilld Contrary to ye good Lawes of this Province
Abigall Harringdon servant to Richard Kembell for having a bastard Chilld as aforesaid
Dennis Holland servant to Capt William Colebourne for having a bastard Chilld

Sheweth
That Ursula Brian in October last past did binde her Daughter unto your peticionr for the
Tearme of Seaventeene yeares as by writing under hand & seale may appeare and did by
promise ingage to be at this Cort to acknowledge & Confirme the same but since is gone to ye whore kill
yor Peticioner therefore humbly desires from this worppll Cort A
Confirmacon of what the said Ursula hath made over otherwise ye
Said Chilld must Come to ye Parish;
And he shall Pray &c
Know all men by these presents yt I Ursula Brian of the County of Somrsett & Province
of Maryland hath bound & by these presents doe binde Ursula Brian my Daughter unto
William Brereton of the County aforesaid for & duering the tearme of Seaventeen years
