Whereas Robert Bateman was brought before y Cort upon Suspicon of Murthering George Holland

hee dyed under his hand Concerning y Same but through sickness could not attend y Cort: This Cort: ordrs

Jeffrey belonging to mr: James: Jones Rice Thomas & Walter Lewis wittnesses whoe Swore that hee Stabbed
him y 27th: Day of Janry: last past The Cort: ordered y Sherriffe to carry y said William Vaughan with the
Wittnesses aforesaid to y provinciall Cort: & the Sd William Vaughan there Deliver with y Deposicons

Whereas Peter Wheples & Thomas Willis were summoned to answr unto y Parrahawkin Indians for taking
away beanes & pease from them they appeare before y Cort: & acknowledge their fact & y Indians ~
desiring rather Double y quantity of beanes & pease to bee Delivered them back for their Satisfaction
then Corporall punnishment: / : Thereupon this Cort: orders yt the said Peter Wheples and Thomas
Willis pay & carry to y Said Indians Double y quantity of beanes & pease they took from them and
not to be released from their Securities untill performed: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

The Same Day Commrs as afore:
Whereas John Adamson servant to George Betts of this County was brought this Day before y Cort: to bee
adjudged y said John Adamson comeing into this province without Indenture & brought before y Cort:
within y time Limited by act of assembly in Such Cases made & provided after a full veiw had and
taken by y Justices of y said Servant they Doe judge y said John Adamson to bee thirteene years of age:

Whereas Philip Howe Servt: to George Mitchell of this County was brought this Day before y Cort: to be ad:
judged the Sd Phillip Howe comeing into this province without indenture & brought before y Cort: within y
time limited by act of assembly in Such cases made & provided after a full veiw had & taken by y Justices
of y Said Servant they Doe judge y Sd: Philip Howe to be betweene eighteene & twenty two yeares of age:
