Ssomrset: Ss: Henry Hall Late of this County was Summoned to answr unto Robt: Cade in an accon of y Case /
And Whereupon y aforesaid Robt: by his attorney Edward Jones Saith yt y said Henry Hall became indebted
unto y Said Robert in y Summ of three hundred pounds of Tobacco as Doth appeare by a certaine accot which
accompt wee have here in Cort: to produce butt y aforesaid Hall Little regarding his promise but fraudulently
intending to Deceive y Said Robert in y Summe of three hundred pounds of tobacco in Casqe whereupon y
aforesaid Robert Saith hee is Damnified & hath Damadge to y value & Losse of five hundred pounds of

And whereupon y aforesaid Alexander Williams by his attorney Edward Jones saith yt y aforesd William Lawrence
in y yeare of orLord God One thousand Six hundred Seaventy & four then Did agree with y said Alexander
for house & ground Diett washing & Lodging in Consideracon thereunto y said William was to pay unto y Said
Alexander five hundred pounds of tobacco & four barrells of Indian Corne & also to helpe y said Alexander
to gett boards for y finishing of his Dwelling house & alsoe to helpe y said Alexander to digge a well and y
setting up a pasture ffence but y Sd Wm: Doth refuse to pay unto y said Alexander one hundred pounds-
of Tobacco & one barrell of Indian Corne of y abovesaid Summ & alsoe y abovesaid work although often ~~
